By engaging with our services, the client (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the Client”)
acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined
herein. These terms are designed to protect both the consumer and the provider, ensuring a
transparent professional relationship based on British commercial standards.

    2.1 GMB Bugs and Audit Reports


    This technical product is an exhaustive diagnostic analysis of a client’s Google Business
    Profile (formerly Google My Business). The report identifies critical “bugs” such as
    shadow-banning, duplicate listing conflicts, and synchronization errors. We provide a
    step-by-step roadmap to rectify these issues, focusing on “Healthy Verified” status to
    ensure maximum local visibility and engagement.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy


    At Ecom Groomer LTD, we strive for excellence. However, due to the nature of digital products
    and the immediate commencement of labor, we maintain a specific policy regarding financial
    reversals.
    3.1 Digital and Service-Based Nature
    Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
    Regulations 2013, digital content is treated differently than physical goods. Once the delivery
    of a digital report has begun or a service has been initiated with the client’s express consent, the
    14-day “cooling-off” period typically does not apply.

    Refund Eligibility


    Non-Performance: If the Company fails to deliver the promised report or service
    within the agreed-upon timeframe (barring external delays caused by the client), a full
    refund will be processed.
    Major Discrepancy: If a delivered product (e.g., a GMB Audit) does not meet the
    technical specifications listed in the original order, the client may request a revision.
    If the discrepancy cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at
    management’s discretion.
    Duplicate Billing: Any technical errors resulting in double charges will be refunded
    in full immediately upon verification.

    Ineligibility


    Refunds will not be issued for “change of mind” once work has commenced. Furthermore, as
    SEO and GMB rankings are influenced by third-party algorithms (e.g., Google), we cannot
    provide refunds based on specific ranking fluctuations or external platform changes that are
    outside of the Company’s direct control.

    Governing Law


    This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in
    accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Ecom Groomer LTD is a registered UK
    entity, and as such, all commercial activities are conducted under the jurisdiction of the British
    legal system.
    Both the Company and the Client agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have
    exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes. This includes adherence to the Data Protection Act
    2018 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, ensuring that your rights as a business consumer are
    fully protected under UK law.

    Service Limitations

      Ecom Groomer LTD acts as a service provider and consultant. While we use industry-standard
      techniques to improve digital visibility, we do not own the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) on
      which these services are rendered. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the
      specific service in question.
